About Your Teacher....................... 
Lissette
Perez is a student at Casa San Jose and is studying medicine. Her mother and
grandmother live in Los Toros near the old church and the river. Many people
have stayed with her Mother Luz and her grandmother Romana and enjoyed their
friendly hospitality. Lissette pronounces words carefully for you and it is easy
to understand her. She is a very nice person!

Spanish
is an intuitive type of language, follow your intuition in comprehending
and speaking it. Yes, some of the verbs can get a little complex, however
if you have a strong vocabulary and wish to communicate with someone they
usually can figure out what you are trying to say. It is great if you can
speak a language perfectly; it is even greater if you can make friends
and communicate with others. The people in Los Toros are eager to
make friends and they will help you; to them it is more important that you
are their friend then to have you speak perfect Spanish!
